Featured Articles Order FAQ
GoArticles Members can now purchase a premium position for any of their
submitted articles at the top of any GoArticles category or sub-category.

1. Where will my Featured Article Appear?Your Featured Article will appear at the top of the search results in a section marked Featured Articles when someone does a search of the Category or Sub-category that you have selected for your Featured Article placement. See Featured Article Sample. 2. What is the Cost of a Featured Article?
A Featured Article at the top of a main category regularly costs $100 for a 2 week placement and a top article placement in a sub-category regularly costs $50 for 2 weeks. We currently have a Featured Articles limited time offer of half price off, so a main category costs $50 for a 2 week placement and top article placement in a sub-category is $25 for 2 weeks. Orders can be placed directly from your member account through Paypal. 3. Can I Purchase a Featured Article for more than 2 Weeks?Yes, you can purchase a Featured Article placement for a two, four, six or eight week period. The price for each 2 week term is $100 or $50, depending on whether you select a main article category or sub-category. 4. What Payment Options do you Offer?Currently, the only payment option we offer is Paypal. Other payment options may be added at a later date. 5. Are Featured Article Payments Recurring?No, payments are not recurring. Once your Featured Article placement has expired, you will need to re-order if you wish to maintain your premium placement position in any category or sub-category. 6. How Do I Place an Order?To place a Featured Article order, you must be a GoArticles member.

In the column to the right across from of each of your submitted articles you will see text that indicates
whether a Featured Article position is available for the article category or sub-category into which you
submitted your article. To purchase, follow these steps: |
7. When will my Featured Article Placement Begin?If there are available positions in your selected category or sub-category, your Featured Article placement will begin the next day just after midnight Eastern time. If there were existing Featured Articles in that category, your start date will appear on your Member Page next to the article that you have made a Featured Article. 8. How Many Featured Articles are Allowed per Category?Only two Featured Articles will appear at the top of any category or sub-Category. 9. Can I Still Purchase if a Category already has Two Active Featured Articles?Yes. Featured Article placements are sold in 2 week time blocks to a maximum of 8 weeks. As long as a 2 week time slot is available for a specific category or sub-category during an 8 week period, you can purchase and reserve the next available position. 10. How can I tell if my Article's Category is Available?We show the availability of Featured Article placements in the column to the right of the submitted articles listed in your Member Account. 11. Can I still Edit a Featured Article?Yes, you may still edit a Featured Article using that article's Edit button on your Member Page. However, once an article is either an active or upcoming Featured Article you may not change its category or delete that article until its Featured Article placement has ended. 12. Will You Accept any Article as a Featured Article?No. We will not accept any article that is determined to
include content, services or products that are: 13. Can I add a Featured Article to any Category or Sub-Category?No. You should always select the most appropriate category or sub-category related to the subject of your article. With the addition of more than 300 new categories to GoArticles, we strongly suggest that you review previously submitted articles to find the most suitable category or sub-category. You can move any previously submitted article to a more appropriate category by using the Edit button below any submitted article. |
