Maybe you are the best people in world to do your tasks by your own. But you time is not limited and your energy is not full during all days. Something you have to considerate is to have some other people to finish part of your work especially when you have great goal to reach. It's time to do delegate.

Maybe there is somebody can finish your tasks better that you or not. So, how to decide which part of your tasks should be delegates? Go to look your to-do list and find out those tasks that take a lot of your time and are of low priority. These tasks are good candidate to be delegates to other people.

Here is a list that you can delegate to other peoples: 1. The tasks that other people are more skilled on it. Your partner is more professional on market than you. It's better to delegate the market plan to him.

2. To make fresh man do the complete job. If one a junior is Asian a tasks with making a report. He is charged of only par of figures in the report. Then help him to do the while thing. Try to ask him to do the make the report wholly. He can gain experience which you help your tasks in the future.

3. The tasks with low effective should not be done by you. Like house cleaning, it is low priority and time consumes tasks. It should be delegated to other people.

But not every thing you can delegate to other people. Blow is a list that you should not delegate to others. 1. The Control of whole project. You are responsible to outcome; the control over project should be only under your hand. It will become other's project if you delegate the control of project.

2. The important and high priority tasks should not be delegated to only one person. If you always do this, your project will heavily depend on the people. You will lose the project control in the future.

Not every body is willing to delegate the tasks. Somebody is fear to lose to project control. Somebody is not glad to see someone else can do the tasks better than them especial he is a professional guy. Maybe it is really something difficult to do because they nearly have no to do delegates.

Good time management should include the delegation the tasks to other ones who can do the job as well as you can. You can focus on the high priority tasks of the project. You should let your hand looser if you want to hand on the overcome of project more tightly. There is no better way than delegation could let you have more time one those real important thing of your life.
