Being a personal trainer in Encinitas, I have helped hundreds of people lose fat and tone up their bodies. I have seen people make some incredible transformations in their bodies. Which I love to see.

Let me tell you, the best way to change your mode of eating is to make samll,incremental adjustments. Don't change everything around, going from a rich and processed source of foods to a bland diet. You will be miserable and be doomed to fail.

When it comes to nutrition, first start eating smaller meals more frequently throught out the day, not skipping breakfast. This will boost your metabolism and help stablize your fat storage hormone, insulin. Plus, your appetite will be leveled and you won't crave junk food as much.

Also, start veering away from high sugar drings, like sodas and alcohol. This will help you tremendously get rid of those excessive calories.

Make sure you get plenty of vegetables in your diet, such as broccoli, spinach,tomatoes, onions, peppers, carrots, etc. Try to vary as many vegetables as possible.
