Having cold sores constantly can really be a problem, not just for your looks, but for your confidence too. That's why you need to get rid cold sores permanently. And I have just the right solution for you.

Cold sores are red, small spots that appear on your lips, nose and mouth and are caused by a virus. They can be very painful and can last for days. The cold sore virus is never eliminated from your body, so they occur repeatedly.

Because it is a virus, it is highly contagious. It can be spread by kissing or any contact with sores. Sometimes it spreads to another person even when there is no visibility of sores, because the virus stays in the saliva. However, you can not catch the virus from using towels or if you touch contaminated surfaces.

Some conditions, such as fever, cold, stress and changes of the immune system can trigger cold sores, and sometimes there is no apparent reason.

You should wash your hands often, and you shouldn't share your toothbrush, drinking glasses or cups with others.

Try rubbing ice on the infected skin for a few minutes, you can put a tea bag over a cold sore, pressing for several minutes at a time. Aloe vera gel and lemon balm extract are known to speed up the healing process.
